The Real Estate Accelerate Training course originated from the lack of adequate regulation standard in the real estate industry and a need to deepen the knowledge of practitioners in the Industry. The ultimate goal of the training is to introduce a new breed of professionals into the Nigeria real estate landscape that adopt the best practice standard to the way they handle real estate transactions.

Around the world, real estate constitutes approximately one third of all capital assets. An understanding of how real estate terminologies and deal flows is essential to
making intelligent decisions to finance, manage, sell or buy real estate assets.

Over the last few years Nigeria has enjoyed considerable growth in real estate markets coupled with the cultural values handed down from past generations about the need to own real estate. However, in recent times the expansion has slowed down considerably due to economic recession and lack of adequate information that can aid finding exciting opportunities in the real estate industry.
